It was only one sentence but it has revolutionise my life. She said, "Be a gentle friend to yourself." That really hit me because I saw that I am harder on myself than anyone else. I could forgive others, but found it hard forgiving myself, and I could understand when others got stuck in a personal problem and could even encourage them to keep going, but I had a hard time doing it for myself. So, I say to you, be a gentle friend to yourself. <br />Hang in there.
