Which is also why I use incomplete sentences and start lots of sentences with "and" and "but". Not technically correct, but it sounds better to me.JEFritzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03372746219262163566noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3589035973172290745.post-73817012783946099412012-05-30T17:03:10.370-05:002012-05-30T17:03:10.370-05:00Oh, my! For example, in a Jose Saramago book he uses no punctuation for dialogue - not even quotation marks! It was so confusing, but that was the point. He was creating a chaotic world for the setting and atmosphere, so the lack of punctuation added to that sense.cbwentworthhttp://cbwentworth.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3589035973172290745.post-73568252849599027622012-05-30T16:05:12.502-05:002012-05-30T16:05:12.502-05:00You know I love short sentence fragments. :DYou know I love short sentence fragments. :DCarrie Butlerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01540590799406170410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3589035973172290745.post-41891536282702249092012-05-30T14:15:48.096-05:002012-05-30T14:15:48.096-05:00Agree - definitely! However, too many mistakes or inconsistencies in that voice or usage can be jarring, at least to me.Cynthia Chapman Willishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12408985785062180536noreply@blogger.com
