IWSG May - Flying High

  This is my   Insecure Writers Support Group   post for May 2022. Alex's awesome co-hosts this month  are:    Kim Elliott ,   Chemist Ken,   Lee Lowery,   Nancy Gideon & Me! Please stop by their blogs and say thank you .  💻💻💻💻💻 I'm glad I was able to co-host this month, because I have a big announcement, and I want you all here to celebrate with me! But first, my post for IWSG.  May 4 question - It's the best of times; it's the worst of times. What are your writer highs (the good times)? And what are your writer lows (the crappy times)? I'll take those in reverse. My writer lows are when life gets in the way and keeps me from writing, or when I have a plot problem I can't seem to overcome. My writer highs are when I write 1,000 words in one day,  when one of my books receives a good review,  when I do something that helps an aspiring author,  when I type THE END on a WIP,  and...  when I upload a finished book and click publish!
