Got Green?

Mark Koopmans is doing this green . . . blog O'hop thing. I'm not sure what it is, but I'm gonna give it a try.

What does St. Paddy’s Day mean to you?
Wear green or you get pinched.

What are your family traditions on Paddy’s Day?
Run around like crazy chickens looking for some scrap of green to wear before leaving the house, and cry all the way to school if we don't find any.

What Irish food do you cook, if anything?
Um. Does Lucky Charms count?

Oh, wait. I know.

:)

What are your favorite memories of, or future plans to visit the Emerald Isle?

Well, if it looks like this...

or this...

or this...

or this...

then I'll have to be sure to visit one day. ;)

###

This is a blog O'hop (whatever that is), so check it out.
The list is at Mark's place.

Those pics are great, but the last one, the Ha'penny Bridge in Dublin has never looked so nice... ever :)

Thanks for participating - and what's the blooming problem - ye got the meaning of the O'hop right on :)

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you and yours :)

  10. Oh! How could I forget I have to wear green on Saturday . . . Though no one's had the courage to pinch me in years.

  13. Y'know, there were times when I decided to wear orange to school to be different. :-) The first picture reminded me of the northern coastline.
