There are so many books being published by friends around the blogosphere, I decided to make a special post to tell you about some of them. Let's start with recently-published.

Every once in a while, we come across something that makes our life simpler. Lots of writers swear by writing to music, and so I've been dabbling in it. There's tons of free music on sites like YouTube, but most of it doesn't play long enough to be worth the trouble of the search. I mean, who wants to stop writing every 2 minutes and 47 seconds to click play ? When I lamented this to my tech-savvy writing buddy, Carrie Butler , she directed me to Listenonrepeat.com . To use this site, you simply search for a video by title and click on the one you want. The site automatically loops it for you.   You can also type listenonrepeat into a YouTube URL before the .com to watch/listen on repeat.   Ex: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YWMLe1soMc would become http://www.listenonrepeat.com/watch?v=2YWMLe1soMc   Isn't that cool! Happy New Year!  My writing resolution is to finish my current WIP and get it polished (maybe even published?) in 2013.
