Two announcements...
Mark Koopmans is hosting an event on Dec. 24th called 50 States of Pray. You can find more information on his blog. You can also follow on Twitter with the hashtag #50StatesOfPray.
I'm taking a break for a while, both to spend time with my family over Christmas and to get some writing done. Save popping in for an important announcement, I'll see you sometime next year.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
:)
Thanks Melissa, and you have a relaxing time, y'all :)
ReplyDeleteWishing you and the Maygrove family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
May all your wishes come true - except for the Astros beating the Angels in the 2014 World Series :)
Have a wonderful Christmas break, Melissa :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know what this 50 States of prayer is about - praying, no doubt. This is something we need in England, since we are told that Christianity will have died out here within the next generation.
ReplyDeleteWishing you happiness at Christmas and a wonderful 1914, Melissa.
Have a wonderful break, Melissa! I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas. :)
ReplyDeleteGood reasons to take a break - enjoy!
ReplyDeleteSounds terrific, Melissa! Hope you get lots of writing done. Merry Christmas and see you next year:)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! <3
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break! I'm hoping to take one pretty soon, too. Love that picture. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the coffee ;-)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!
Enjoy! Sip some peppermint tea and relax :)
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break and holiday! I'm backing off the blogging thing this month too, it's crazy during the holidays as I'm sure you know. Oh, and thanks for stopping by today. (: I'm all signed up for Mark's hop. See you when you get back. (:
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a fantastic break! Happy Holidays!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to miss you! I'll try to come up with a word usage post to fill the GPM void. Have a good blogging break :)
ReplyDeleteI love that photo up there, and I hope to be doing some of that myself soon! Enjoy your break and have a great holiday. :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great time! See you when you're back. :-)
ReplyDeleteThat picture looks comfy. I may be doing the same...just been a hectic year. We'll see you next year. Until then, have a wonderful holiday and enjoy the family.
ReplyDeleteHi Melissa,
ReplyDeleteAh yes, good of you to post up that reminder of Mark's endeavour. The dude is one of my adoring fans :)
You have a nice break with your family. I shall sit here staring at my screen until you return.
Gary :)
I hear ya, Melissa. Sometimes a little break is just what we need. I Love that "Pause" picture. So very warm, cozy, and appropriate for this post. I'll be ringing your doorbell when you return, waiting for your next blog topic. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful break! I can picture you with hot cocoa and your feet up. :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a relaxing break! Hope you make lots of great memories and your muse keeps you busy. Will miss ya!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!
ReplyDeleteHey...I was hoping you might be back by now. But you know what? Good for you! I'm down to twice a month, spending time w/family, organizing the house (my life), and writing more offline stuff (wip, shorts). I think we all inevitably reach this point—many times. It can be taxing!
ReplyDeleteSo since you're still off, an extra thank-you is in store for popping by my blog and leaving such a wonderful comment.
Keep writing; keep the faith!
Thanks, Mike. I'll be back soon. But, like you, I'll be posting less often when I return. ;)
